LCM Environmental Group has completed the acquisition of three businesses, Octane Holding Group Ltd and Octane Draincare Ltd, Environmental Construction Services Ltd (ECS), and Petro Systems Management Ltd, strengthening its position across drainage, construction, environmental services, and fuel infrastructure in the UK and Ireland.

As reported by Water Magazine, the acquisitions give LCM's clients access to a broader range of specialist support through a single group, with the company operating across fuel systems, tanks, drainage, environmental controls, construction works, testing, maintenance, and compliance-led services for organisations running critical and regulated sites.

Richard Wallace, CEO of LCM Environmental Group, said: "Each business brings its own strengths, but the common thread is clear: good people, strong client relationships and a reputation built through consistent delivery. These acquisitions are an important part of our growth as a group. They give us greater depth across drainage, construction, environmental services and specialist infrastructure support, while allowing us to build on relationships that are already well established."

Octane founders Richard Sykes and Jason Unsworth said LCM was "the right partner to take the business forward," expressing confidence the company would continue to grow under new ownership.

Liam Foster, Managing Director of ECS, described the acquisition as an exciting new chapter, adding that he was confident the combined organisation would continue to grow, strengthen our capabilities, and deliver excellent results for our clients and partners.

Donal O'Leary, Managing Director of Petro Systems, said joining LCM Environmental was exciting given the company's strong reputation, shared values and commitment to excellence.

The three acquisitions collectively deepen LCM's technical breadth at a time when demand for integrated environmental site management and compliance services is growing across regulated industries in the UK and Ireland.
