UK-headquartered waste management broker Go Green has marked two years of operating in the Irish market, with its Ireland division now supporting more than 150 customers through a network of over 100 supply chain partners across the Republic of Ireland.

As reported by Go Green, the division was built on the company's existing expertise within the UK and has focused on helping Irish organisations improve recycling performance, strengthen environmental compliance, and adopt a more data-driven approach to waste management. The Divisional Manager described the growth from market entrant to established operator as reflecting both the demand in the market and the strength of the company's broker-led model.

The Divisional Manager said: "Since launching, Go Green Ireland has evolved from entering a new market to becoming a well-established division with a strong presence across Ireland. We're now supporting over 150 customers through a network of more than 100 supply chain partners, which is a great reflection of both the demand in the market and the strength of our model."

On service delivery, the Divisional Manager noted that investment over the past two years has focused on expanding supplier networks and improving the way customers access and use their waste data to maintain compliance and drive better outcomes.

Challenges facing Irish businesses include the complexity of the regulatory landscape, infrastructure differences across regions, and limited access to clear, actionable waste data, which the Divisional Manager said makes it harder for organisations to track performance and maintain consistent recycling standards.

Looking ahead, the division identified continued regulatory tightening, a stronger emphasis on transparency and reporting, and a clear shift toward circular practices as the defining trends shaping the Irish waste management sector. The Divisional Manager said businesses would need "a more structured and proactive approach to how they manage waste" to remain competitive as expectations increase.

Go Green Ireland said its focus remains on growing its customer base, expanding its supply chain, and supporting businesses across Ireland in achieving their environmental goals.
