He's worked in both the public and private sector in everything from tourism to legal cannabis. A director of  one of Ireland's first sustainability consultancies (RealEyes Sustainability ltd) he now focuses on helping businesses strategically understand how they can achieve positive impactful growth and profit. As Head of impact at Broadlake he is responsible for strategically guiding 7 businesses with over 4,000 people, across multiple geographies, to deliver Broadlake’s 3X10X vision - three times the size and ten times the positive impact.
