After registering online, businesses can use online waste and water audit tools and request a Resource Efficiency Assessment. | rx3 "rethink, recycle, remake" rx3 a Department of Environment, Heritage and Local Government initiative was set up to develop markets for waste materials. The programme was officially launched in late October 2008. A number of actions are underway to deliver this such as developing codes of practice and standards, research studies, networking events and competitions such as 60 Green Minutes and Trash to Cash. rx3 also have funding for feasibility studies for anyone who has good ideas with waste resources.
